One of my favourites and still very sweet & apple-tasting (once you suck the sugar off). Not as sweet as I remember them though. In my childhood they used to be just green and red (no white sections) and they weren't covered with sugar. They all used to stick together into one giant apple clump of apple sweets. We used to coat them in a little cornflour to stop them sticking to the paper bag.

I’ve been feeling guilty about buying hard boiled sweets individually wrapped in plastic so I started looking for an alternative like the old fashioned sweet shops I’ve been to and I found this site. Exactly what I wanted. I’ve always loved rosy apples but hadn’t thought about looking online for them
